FIBBER

Card and board games these days can get very tricky and complex when it comes to the rules and mechanics, usually, people who play card games for a long time have a skill advantage over the newcomers. My goal is to create a card game that gives total freedom to the players and most of the aspects of the game, and let players use their imagination when they play games rather than rules.
RESEARCH
This is a case in which some highly experienced graphic designers have been writing books, I researched about storytelling card games in order to develop my game mechanics, also how images can tell stories on their own or being connected to another image.
VIEW THE MOODBOARDFUNCTION
This card game functions as a practice to developing a better story narratives and approaches, and how to tackle obstacles in storytelling, all that while being free to use your imagination.
CONCEPT
Since there isn't a limit for our imagination, this game helps players to evade that skill gap between old and new players. Also, with the freedom that it provides with the game rules and the use of imagination to tell a story, can help to improve your narratives in telling a story.
PACKAGING
“Fibber“ is a game in which players create a story using cards that shows random elements. One player is the storyteller and creates a story using the elements on his/her card, trying to guide the plot toward their own ending. The other players try to use their cards to interrupt and become the new storyteller. The objective of the game is for the players to enjoy themselves and to tell a good story. The player who uses all the storycards in their hand and guides the plot to his/her ending card wins the game.
