BRIEF

Games are maybe one of the most interactable medium for people. And when games meet virtual reality, this immersion, realism and interactivity becomes something very different then traditional games, it turns into a different world that you can live rather than just play it.

By using virtual reality i hope that the players achieve full immersion and by the time they finished the game they will be talking it like an experience that they had instead of just another game that they finished.

RESEARCH

At first i gathered information about making games for VR, after that i started sketching the concept images. When the concepts are decent enough i started using Blender to create 3d models and textures of the 2d concept images. Finally importing those models to Unity and adjusting lights, sounds and interactions by using c# coding, The game is roughly finished. For now you can play the game only by using vr headsets

FUNCTION

Since the pandemic world put us into our homes and as people, we started to spend our time playing video games more than ever. This game puts us into a different world in our homes, in order to help us escape from the overwhelming quarantine times at home and let's us have a different and exciting experience with the help of virtual reality.

CONCEPT

My aim with this project is to create a puzzle game in a virtual world so people can both spend time by trying to solve the puzzles in the game and experinece environments that they can hardly or never experience in the normal world. There are no inventory system nor ui in order to create a realistic first person VR game that makes the game more immersive and realistic.
