SWITCH

Even though people want to be a part of protecting our nature, they are not entirely aware of the consequences of their little actions and their possible damages to our world in the future. Since it doesn’t concern our lives directly today, we are not really able to relate to the conditions and for that reason, I wanted to create an immersing experience of the far future.
RESEARCH
We have always been wondering possible future scenarios and a lot of artists have been trying to conceptualize some of these scenarios through sci-fi movies, novels, comic books, etc. I made a research on possible future scenarios and the expected results of the global warming. Although, not all of my illustrations are realistic, I tried to keep my research as realistic as possible in order to achieve a more solid structure around the storyline.
VIEW THE MOODBOARDFUNCTION
For the people who want to read a visual novel about the future as immersive as possible, I made the main character of the novel as the player/reader so that they can relate with the character’s emotions and the overall experience.
CONCEPT
My aim in this project was to create a visually fulfilling and interactive visual novel that contains an interaction between fictional characters from different time periods in future. The storyline is determined by the main character’s interactions with the characters. With each choice, the reader drags into a different scene that takes place in a different time and space.

Also created is an instagram account to promote the game to its target audience.
